Successful 10 Year Event & Annual Meeting

The newly elected & installed Post #1819 officers would like to thank everyone who helped make the 10 Year Anniversary dinner, Homecoming & Annual meeting 2024 a great success. Some of the highlights include:

• 65 members, guests & friends attending the 10 Year Anniversary celebration & dinner at Sugarbush on Thursday, with a fabulous guest speaker (and new member!) BG Tracey Poirier.
• 33 members & guests attending the annual meeting on Saturday
• 22 members renewing their memberships and 12 NU veterans joining Post #1819 or transferring from another Post
• Raising nearly $6,000!!! for scholarships and service projects though the raffle of a commemorative NU Henry rifle, sale of the limited-edition 10th Mountain Distillery bourbon and rye whiskey bottles, Post 1819 Challenge coin sales, apparel sales, membership renewals, and new memberships.
• Thanks to all of those who purchased raffle tickets and congrats to the winner, Rich Geisler, NU ’94.

And a special thanks to Department Commander Joe Zickmund who made performed the installation of the 2024-2025 slate of officers and drew the winning raffle ticket for us.
